Sparkflows enable permissions to be set at multiple levels, we have access control at an Enterprise level, Project Level, and at Individual level. These controls are used to grant access to create, modify, execute, and view projects. Similar access controls are also enabled for the modules of datasets, dashboards, reports, analytical applications, and pipelines. Role-level permissions allow users to belong to more than one group with different permissions across projects.

Permissions Management
Permission management setup allows customers to gain insights into permissions across the organization. Customers can assess their permission risks by evaluating the gap between what permissions were granted and what permissions are being used. With user management, select exactly what a user can view and modify, and with role management, manage permissions at the role level.
With Sparkflows, control who can access what, and under what role. Organizations can also set global permissions for their end-users which can be applied for access to projects and modules.
SSO and LDAP Integration
Sparkflows simplifies credential management by supporting Single sign-on (SSO) authentication systems with SAML 2.0 and Kerberos authentication protocols. This allows organizations to have centralized control over who has access to the systems and the level of access to each person.
Sparkflows also enables users to authenticate against the LDAP server like Microsoft's Active Directory Server, OpenLDAP, etc, in addition to standard authentication methods. DAP integration is suitable to for password handling as it manages password expiration, password quality validation, and account lockout after a certain number of failed attempts.
Audit Trails
Sparkflows provides a timestamped, sequential record audit trail of user access and changes made to any object. The audit logs contain information related to the actions performed by the user with details about the user id, timestamp, event type, and the status of the action.
The Audit report allows you to filter the audit logs for a given period, an event, or a user. These reports help in generating internal compliance controls and providing information for any regulatory record-keeping.
